The Clinical Collective is a place to grow as a therapist, share in clinical discussions, get clinical consultation, and receive tools, best practice tips and support. It’s also a place to remove the overwhelm and improve your administrative practices.

Here’s what to expect

Experienced Facilitators: Our leaders each have 20+ years of experience as clinicians. They are also educators who are passionate about supporting their colleagues to grow and develop throughout their careers.

Vetted Group Members: Each member of the Clinical Collective is interviewed before being accepted. This provides an opportunity to ensure fit, to ask and answer questions, and really make sure you understand how you are going to be supported and be a supporter in the environment of professionalism that is the foundation of our community.

Predictable Connection: Members are assigned to a closed, facilitated group of 4 to 8 clinicians. Their goal is to build cohesion and trust over time.

Professional Popup Workshops: Your group will meet virtually at a regularly scheduled time, twice monthly. The first is a group supervision session, and the second session is to provide consistent connection, timely follow up and accountability.

A Holistic Approach to Our Work: In the regularly scheduled meetings we will consult on complex cases, reflect on practice questions and issues and share best practice ideas. We will also provide administrative and practice support.

Invest In Yourself

The Clinical Collective membership is $180 per month (with a minimum commitment of 6 months so groups can have time to create connections and develop trust). 

This price will be locked-in forever, as long as you remain enrolled. 

If you are a clinician in your first year of practice, you can get the first 6 months for $99 per month and you get full membership privileges. 

You will get receipts so you can use them as an income tax deduction for professional development
