“We all need support in life sometimes, and I am prepared to walk alongside you wherever you are today.”

Post pandemic life has been hard on everyone, and it’s been especially tough for young people who are attempting to figure out their place in the world.  Our kids are going through a lot.  Their brains are constantly changing, peer relationships are important and complicated, school can be a challenge, and social media can be hard to navigate.  All of this has a big impact on self-esteem and mental health.

I love working with tweens, teenagers, young adults, and their families.  I’m passionate about offering a safe space for folks who are looking for support with anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, peer relationships, social skills, and life changes.

I am a Registered Social Worker with over 12 years of clinical experience working in acute mental health, both in hospital and community settings. I bring a friendly, relaxed, nonjudgemental vibe to our sessions.  I click easily with others which helps create a trusting therapeutic relationship.  I am an ally to 2SLGBTQ+ folks and happy to support your needs.

You might be reaching out for the first time.  Or a young person who is struggling to be heard and feeling isolated.  Or a parent who wants help to better understand their teenager and how to connect to them.  I hear you.  I see you.  And, I can help!
