Whether
you’re a teen
or a parent—
you’re feeling the pressure
to get it right.
We live in a world full of pressure.
To fit in. To succeed. To be perfect. To not screw up.
The Teen Clinic helps teens kick that pressure to the curb and rediscover their strengths, identity, and self-worth.
We support teens with:
Anxiety, identity, low mood, overwhelm
ADHD and Neurodivergence
Social struggles, peer pressure, and grief
And we support parents too — because you’re navigating this journey right alongside them.
Therapy that’s safe, honest, and empowering — for teens and their caregivers.
Paige Sparrow, MSW, RSW
Ok, every therapist can say they know what it’s like to be a teen. But every teen knows that just because you were a teen once, doesn’t mean you get it.
Paige is different. Yes, she is an adult. Yes, she is somebody’s mom. But Paige is different from other therapists because she doesn’t tell teens that “it will all get better if you…(feel the feels, focus on school, open up to your parents, just be patient…). There are no textbook responses from Paige.
Paige has dedicated her professional life to making sure teens feel seen, develop their voice and travel this stage of life supported.
And she works with parents too. Helping parents gain the confidence to manage their own anxiety about parenting, to know when to trust their instincts, and to navigate and accept the change in dynamic in their relationship with their teen as it evolves is what Paige does, and does well.
